I just leased a new Chevrolet equinox from this dealership. I was extremely pleased with the staff and the price that was agreed-upon with no haggling. It was far superior to two other dealerships. I had been in contact with that were closer to my home. It certainly was worth the trip to save thousands on the total cost of the lease.

It was a a great experience, I was met by a group of friendly associates. Time was spent explaining everything to me prior to and after service was completed all my questions were answered. I would suggest a larger chair and desk area for people who are waiting that need to work while they wait.

Everyone from the initial online contact to the finance manger did an outstanding job, especially keeping the buyer informed completely throughout the entire process. Whether it was positive information or even information that may have been viewed by the buyer as negative, regardless they explained everything as you would expect with the car buying experience. I have purchased many cars in my life and I would say this was my easiest transition to a new vehicle. Keep up the great work! This is our fourth vehicle purchased with stingray!
After my experience at stingray i would not take my hotwheels there they allowed someone other than myself to come and take my tag off my truck i had tools gone out of itand when i picked it up they had it way out in the back 40 somewhere no cameras just an all around terrible experience

Stingray service is first class in customer service. Jerry is always reminding me of my maintenance items that need to be completed making sure my car is up to date with service requirements. He knew it was almost time for new tires and let me know there was a sale going on and that it was a good time to get that done. Saved me a lot of money.

Stingray Chevrolet Bartow is amazing. I had recently been in an accident and was was not in the market for a new car. But their salesperson and their finance department made this such a smooth experience for me. They are so awesome and provided superior customer service!
You are a GM dealer it’s seemed to me that your Cashier would be able to find my GM account I wanted to pay cash for the oil change
Jerry did not pass along how long the diagnostics were going to take until i called after 24 hours later. After waiting over the stated time frame by Jerry, I called and learned the diagnosis was made and Jerry had not called to give me the information and further had already left for the day without calling. Will never go back to Stingray.

I live 10 minutes from the winter haven Chevy dealership location. 100 times I would choose the bartow location over the winter haven location and I'll recommend this location to anyone I know a million times more ❤️ the staff there is incredible and made sure we left satisfied. Any questions were answered very professionally and they treated us more like we were family than anything. Service department was excellent as always but we got the Ultimate detail as well. For $170, the outside of the vehicle wasn’t even washed. The interior was simply ok. We definitely won’t be doing that again.

Don't work to far from the dealer we're it's convenient for me to get anything done to my vehicle. Been there twice and they've taken care of the problems if any in timely manner. I drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Personnel there are very professional and courteous would use them again in the future recommend.

I visited this location early in the morning and was greeted by Juan who was able to find the specific truck i was looking for. The manager tracked my vehicle on another store and requested a driver to pick up while Juan was helping me understand more about the vehicle I was purchasing and getting all documentation completed.
